The new Poppy is out :

german link => http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/de/news/champions-skins/champion-spotlight/champion-spotlight-poppy-die-huterin-des-hammers

Nerfed champs
¤ Anivia’s R
¤ Brand’s W costs more mana after level 1
¤ Mundo’s Q’s damage
¤ Hecarim : basic stats a bit lowered. He can no more walk through units, unless he uses E
¤ Kindred : less heal on his W and more cooldown for the first and second levels on his R.
¤ Miss Fortune : much less attackspeed on her W’s first levels. Also much less slow on her E’s first levels.
¤ Quinn’s Q
¤ Skarner’s R has a lowered ad ratio ( 1 -> 0.6)
¤ Soraka : Q less range, heal (W) costs more mana, R doesn’t remove grievious wound effect (fr : hémorragie)
¤ Swain’s W : doesn’t root always 2 sec, but from 1 up to 2, by leveling.
¤ Tahm Kench’s W : devoration doesn’t gain him speedbuff anymore when he runs away with a ally in his belly.
¤ Twisted Fate’s Q deals a bit less damage after the first level.

Buffed champs
¤ Bard’s heal (W)
¤ Jinx’s rocket launcher attacks have a bit shorter animation. Also rocket attacks triggers on Runnan.
¤ Nidalee’s spear (Q) deals more damage on first levels.
¤ Rammus now has a more handy Q
¤ Riven got a big buff of her hp regen (3.4 -> 5.4)
¤ Ziggs’s passive has a doubled damage to towers (50% bonus damage -> 100%)

Snowdown skins are incoming : gnar (mythical) syndra (mythical) and bard.

JUNGLE

Monsters have seen their Hp and armor modified, but it’s more or less the same, all in all.

Rift’s Herald’s buff, ‘Doom’s Eve’, has been modified. It’s not anymore given to the one who drop the very last hit on the Herald ; instead, the Herald by dying drops an ‘eye relic’ which can be looted by a champion. Use it to gain the ‘Doom’s Eve’ buff. It allows the team to handle more easily this advantage.

ITEMS

Nerfed items
¤ Dead man’s Plate : 600 hp -> 500 hp
¤ Guinsoo’s Rageblade : the splash area is reduced (450 -> 350)
¤ Zele and all items in which it is embeded costs 100 gold more (unless Trinity)
¤ Rapid Firecannon and Statikk Shiv doesn’t stack their respective damages on one energized strike.

Buffed items
¤ Phantom Dancer gives more attackspeed (40% -> 45%)

MASTERIES
There are both too many things to say and nothing important enough to be mentionned. So I’ll let you check by yourself, either on the website (links below) or on the client itself.
Main things to say, though, are that some last rank masteries are buffed/nerfed, and that there is a new mastery in the second rank of cunning tree (second one) : assassin. It grants 1.5% bonus damage when no ally champion is nearby.

Hecarim nerfed, that's a joke right? :p

For the buffs:
Bard could be interesting now (eyeing to Milo).
Jinx was already interesting before, but as I already pointed out I'm sceptical towards the synergy of Runnan and Jinx because generally Jinx is an adc that doesn't need more aoe.
The Riven buff was probably needed. I can't estimate her strength now but hp regen doesn't seem too important. We already have a counter to her on toplane (Garen), so maybe we can consider taking Riven for our own comps.
The Ziggs buff seems very interesting to me ; he's not a bad laner, can do quite a lot of damage in mid and lategame and this improves his pushing ability. Now I don't really like playing him but it could definitely be useful for certain situations. Should I try to include him in my midlane champ arsenal?

For items: I don't think the buff on Phantom Dancer makes this item worthy for adcs again.

For masteries: I think we should use a few minutes before our next teaming to set and discuss mastery pages for everyone of us.

Yeah, runnan's animatino on jinx's rockets just looked funny to me, nothing more actually, i don't think either that you need more aoe with her.
Riven is a good toplaner, and match well in teamfights, so yea, i think we should consider her.
I think you definitly have to include ziggs in your champ pool. basically he is similar to lux. only skill shots, poke, a passive on AA, a long range ult, a double activation on a spell... and yeah, he's very strong. core might be smtg like luden/lich/rabaddon.

i agree for masteries. let's meet half an hour earlier on saturday. what's about 21h15/21h30 ?

The more so as Youness can already play Riven!

For Ziggs: I agree he is similar to Lux but he has some downside in my opinion: The skillshots are not as easy to hit as with Lux. And Lux is a bit safer because she can avoid clashs with cage, it's more effective than Ziggs' cc. Furthermore, I don't know against who to pick Ziggs.

Ziggs has longer range on Qspell. He also have a longer range on R - tho it's easier to dodge.
actually, he might be fine in a fast push combo, and in a situation where you need zoning. because in opposite to lux, he has almost no cooldown on his harrasing spells. it means you will need mana regen (blues ?) but that you will poke, set up fights, and as you are fine with aiming skillshots, you'll be able to wreck them alone by staying afar. and his CCs are very effective, you may be underestimating them. ^^
anyway, i go eating now. xD

I'm personally not impressed by Ziggs' Qspell range. It's a lot, but the farer away the target, the less easy to hit anyway, the more so as his Q spells is really really slow.

For everything else: Agreed.

For now I'm quite bad at hitting skillshots with Ziggs but I'll get used to soon enough. I don't underestimate his ccs at all, I know they are effective, I was just doing a comparison between disengage potential of Lux and him (it's the type of cc that wins for Lux, the root).

Ok, i find it impressive cause ziggs Q can have a longer range than nidalee's ; and i find it quite fast. it's quite predictable, that's why it can be dodged easily. Therefore there are some mechanics. rather use q on ennemy minions nearby the champion, which do not move, instead of the moving champion, and the aoe will get him.

The CC are quite different actually. Ziggs E is more effective than Lux's E to disengage i think, cause it doesn't trigger once but is kinda permanent. slow is reset at each bomb the ennemies step of. lux q is more poylvalent i'd say, maybe also easier to cast. But it cannot allow lux to jump upon walls. and it can only hit two ennemies, where ziggs can get as many as he wants (ok, unlikely to have five ennemies steping on his W, but well xD)
In fact, i think lux's Q is more powerful to chase ennemies for example. And yeah, the root effect is very powerful, ziggs doesn't have any. (only a very short immobilisation like 0.5 sec after being hit by his W)
